KLTF will not be liable for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever or any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, business interruption, nor for lost profits, savings or business information, arising out of any use of, or inability to use, this website.

Security

Secure payment and download services are provided by eSellerate. eSellerate uses SSL for a secure transaction of all order related information. Your credit card number is not disclosed to us.

Privacy

We do not share addresses with other companies. The only use we make of your address is for sending you free minor updates as available and let you know about major updates and new typefaces from KLTF, if you have allowed upon placing an order. This shall be a maximum of 3–4 emails per year.

Payment and download services require that your browser accepts cookies from eSellerate. For details, please read the eSellerate privacy policy. You may delete cookies after ordering and downloading font software.

VAT

Prices mentioned on the KLTF website are exclusive of VAT.

For orders through our website, the American company eSellerate serves as our distributor, providing payment & download services. For EU orders, eSellerate adds the local VAT and transfers it to the EU, details here.
To be charged the prices without VAT, please enter your VAT ID on the personal information page upon checkout.

The grand total inclusive of VAT, if applicable, is shown on the billing information page upon checkout.

Currency

For eSellerate is an American company, our prices are in US Dollars. On the shopping cart page however you can select in which currency you want to pay. This will translate all shopping cart prices into your currency.

KLTF however is seated in Europe and calculates in Euros. So we reserve the right to adjust Dollar prices at our sole discretion if exchange rates alter significantly.
