Upgrade

Single weights to complete family

If you already have licensed single weights and would like to use the entire family, you can upgrade to a license for the complete family.
1. Please send us an email and tell us (a) which complete family you would like to license and (b) which single weights you already have licensed. Within one or two business days you'll receive an upgrade code.
2. Go to our catalog and add the complete family to the shopping cart.
3. On the shopping cart, copy/paste the upgrade code into the according field and click 'enter'. The amount you have paid for single weights is shown as a red negative value – it will be deduced from this order.
Important The upgrade code only works if the shopping cart contains the same complete family as specified in your email!

Basic version to full-featured version

You can upgrade from non-featured Basic fonts to the equivalent full-featured version at any time.
1. Please send us an email and tell us which fonts (family or single weights) you want to upgrade from Basic to full-featured version. Within one or two business days you'll receive an upgrade code.
2. Go to our catalog and add the full-featured version to the shopping cart.
3. On the shopping cart page, copy/paste the upgrade code into the according field and click 'enter'. The amount you have paid for Basic versions is shown as a red negative value – it will be deduced from this order.
Important The upgrade code only works if the shopping cart contains the full-featured version fonts as specified in your email!
Upon upgrading, you must delete the 'Basic' font software version and all copies thereof. Like for all software updates/upgrades, it is not allowed to re-sell the earlier version. Also see our end user license agreement.
